Stage Three support provides for Daedalus Computing staff to visit your site at regular intervals.

There are always some matters which can not be handled remotely. By adding site visits to your support package, even these matters can be catered for.

Ranging from regular health checks, to using the days for upgrades, these visits form an important part of our total support package. You can choose the frequency of these visits to suit your specific requirements. If you are a small business, perhaps one visit a quarter will be enough. For larger companies, more frequent visits might be more appropriate.

By incorporating these site visits into your overall support package you can better plan and budget your IT support strategy. The cost of pre-booked days is also cheaper than paying for ad hoc consultancy.

A common way of using this resource is to compile a list of IT tasks which need to be addressed. This might range from hands-on user training to specific problem-fixing. When we are on site, we can simply work through the list with you, ensuring that things stay running smoothly.
